At the Sage House (Victorian):
-You'll have your choice of overnight accommodations for:
(2-4 guests) A cozy comfortable upstairs private B&B nook for 2 adults (and extra room for 2 small children if needed) where your hosts will prepare a breakfast of your choice each day. You'll have a full laundry facility, sitting room, and foyer, kitchen, and balcony access.
(4-6 guests) Take the whole upstairs apartment for up to 6 friends and family, complete with a full kitchen, 2 king beds and 2 full bathrooms with bonus balcony, arts and creativity room, laundry and sitting room included.
(2-4 guests) You may like the more elegant first floor environment created to give guests a sense of the history and magic of another time.
(up to 10 guests) Or maybe you'd like the whole place to yourselves, for the family to step back together to a time when maximalism for some was simply "home".
Whatever your time entails at the Sage House, this 120 year old Victorian jewel will not soon let you forget her or the time spent laughing, staying up late by candlelight, and waking in a dream together.

You literally can stay & play to your heart's content, never having to leave until check out day! With 8 beds, 3 full sofas, and plenty of extra floor space for, 16 people, a mix of young and young at heart, can sleep most comfortably in this spacious 2800 sf 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home. The concrete construction means being rambunctious and playful with the kids can be encouraged. It's a home to settle into and focus on what matters most. There is an extra refrigerator and full laundry. All supplies for day to day life are included. Just bring clothing, personal hygiene items, and groceries and have a great time. There are no neighbors to disturb, so music can ring into the night out onto the wrap around porch. There is so much value at Stay & Play, your whole family will want to come back next year to do it all again!
