Booking Terms & Conditions
Sojourner’s Way – Stay for the Journey
These terms help ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all guests staying at Sojourner’s Way.
Reservations & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation when booking more than 7 days prior to arrival.
The remaining balance will automatically be charged 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.
Reservations made within 7 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund if the cancellation occurs more than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
If special circumstances arise, please contact us directly and we will do our best to work with you whenever possible.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: After 3:00 PM
Check-Out: Before 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request depending on scheduling.
Self check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
Occupancy
The property accommodates a set number of guests as listed on the booking page.
Additional guests beyond the base occupancy may incur an additional guest fee. All guests must be included in the reservation.
Unauthorized additional guests may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
House Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:
• No parties or large events without prior approval
• No smoking inside the home
• Please respect the property and surrounding neighbors
• Quiet hours should be observed in the evening
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
Property Care
Guests agree to leave the property in a reasonable condition similar to how it was found. Excessive cleaning, damage, or missing items may result in additional charges.
Liability
Guests assume responsibility for their personal belongings and safety during their stay. Sojourner’s Way is not responsible for loss, theft, accidents, or injuries occurring during the reservation period.
Agreement
By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
